We honor the professional and confidential relationship we have with you and we treat all information you entrust to us, or that we develop for you, as completely confidential.  Our company culture and systems create an environment in which your case information is safeguard and protected.  Our professional staff is very sensitive to the confidentiality of client information and our staff and operatives not discuss private information with outside parties, on or off the job.

If you fill out our Contact Us form, the information you provide is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Only our staff receives this information and it is used only to service your request for assistance.  We do not use the information you provide for marketing or any other purpose.  Information you send on the Contact Us form is between you and us only.

What rights you have over your data

If you submitted a request for assistance on a Contact Us form, you can request deletion of the data in that form by sending us an email, requesting deletion.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track the overall performance of our website. It is not connected to any personal information.

WordPress does not collect any analytics data.

We do not share your data with third party providers, other than payment processors, when processing a payment by credit card, PayPal, etc.

We keep contact form entries for six months and analytics records for a year. Analytics records have no identifying information.

We do not collect, nor store your data and the only use for data that you enter into Contact Us forms is for us to respond to your inquiry. If you request confirmation that your data has been deleted, we will be happy to delete any entry in the Forms software on our website and well as the email that notified us of your inquiry.

GDPR requires that all transfers of your site data outside the European Union is safeguarded to European data protection standards. When you send a Contact Us form, the information you entered in the form is added to a Contact Us list on our website, hosted in the US. The information is then emailed to us via SSL encrypted email.

We do not aggregate data from our website. We do not use the data for marketing or profiling. The only use is to receive and answer your requests for information about cases.

Ninja Forms – EU GDPR Compliance

Ninja Forms does not collect nor store information submitted on forms on our website. The information you enter in one of our forms is used to notify us of your request. It is not shared with Ninja Forms. The information you share with us in our Contact Us form is kept for a short time, less than a week, in order for us to respond to you.
