LITIGATION SUPPORT AND TRIAL PREPARATION
Filley & Associates offers you a wide variety of San Francisco litigation support services, from on-scene and pre-trial investigation to investigation of witness backgrounds and organization and analysis of exhibits. We listen carefully to your needs. We present options and tender billing to fit the client’s needs, based on clearly outlined terms and with a “not to exceed” cap. We respect all applicable laws, as evidenced by our untarnished record.
Our specialized services include:
Record identification | Document and evidence retrieval | Investigative guidance and recommendations | Witness Handling
- Under your direction, we handle control and scheduling of witnesses, while maintaining their good will. We assist you with scheduling and handling of the witnesses for orderly control and effective presentation in court
Electronic Case Organization:
- We take your boxes of evidence and scan them, index them and make them searchable. This is the best and most efficient way to organize a large volume of documents. It avoids document misfiling and loss and allows for effective presentation in court.
- We assist attorneys and insurance adjusters by providing photographs of the scene, photos of the client or Subject; diagrams of the accident scene and in some cases, animation all assembled into a Power Point mediation package. The package tells the story of the accident and it’s catastrophic results and can be assembled for presentation at the mediation, or shared with the insurance company prior to the mediation on CD. This gives the claims committee a chance to see the client, the injuries and the liability picture prior to the mediation. This makes a very effective settlement tool.

Our staff maintains a strong focus on the deadlines with which you may be faced. We are flexible and able to work with you to achieve your goals.
“An attorney needs someone who can see the direction a case is taking, capitalize on it, prepare it for mediation, ultimately know what is needed for trial and make the arrangements to get it done.”
