A friend called me one Sunday. She asked if I could help locate a missing family member. I found Scott online and spoke with him on the family's behalf. He replaced the situation's stress with a methodical process and insight. Scott asked thoughtful discovery questions to orient his search, then got started. It took less than 10 minutes. As you can imagine, this wasn't an awesome time for that family. Scott's work...on a Sunday...delivered aid, comfort, and results. The missing family member was found in less than 90 minutes. Thanks to Scott we were able to track down our homeless son in a matter of days after our own attempts to find him had failed. Scott was honest, dedicated and persistent. He stayed within the budget we set for his services. He was able to arrange for our son to be served with legal papers once he had been located. Way Lee and Eva were tremendous.
